Red Balau is naturally ignition-resistant. When tested according to ASTM E84 or ASTM E2768, Red Balau achieves a Class A flame spread rating. Red Balau meets Class 2 structure hardening requirements for ignition-resistant material under the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code.
